Perched atop a rolling hill high above Bang Tao Beach on the West Coast of Phuket, Villa Someday offers everything you may ever expect from a modern luxurious private holiday villa. Beyond luxury accommodation it serves its guests as a true holiday home where nearly all holiday fun is available in house, breathtaking views over Bang Tao Bay and Andaman Sea, state of the art audio video entertainment system throughout the house even under the swimming pool water, and rooftop 200 square meters of fully equipped party area.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Someday can accommodate up to 6 adults in its 3 en-suite bedrooms plus two convertible rooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The additional two are the dedicated cinema room at the same floor as the three bedrooms and an air-conditioned staff room on the sub-floor.

Bedrooms

The spacious master bedroom has a wide floor-to-ceilling windows to frame the picturesque views over its balcony. The view is extended to the master en-suite which comes with jacuzzi, separated shower chamber, and double wash basins. In between is an expansive wardrobe area with safe deposit box.

The two guest bedrooms offer almost everything the master bedroom has to offer – except the jacuzzi – in a smaller extend. They have floor to ceilling windows with view and balconies, en-suite bathrooms come with shower, and wardrobe with safe. All bedrooms have 32” LCD TV with international channels and stereo system both connected to the villa’s integrated audio video system.

Living Areas

The living quarter is located on the ground floor. An expansive living room with comfortable couches facing the view over the infinity-edge swimming pool is equipped with 46” LCD TV and surround-sound audio system connected to central audio video system. A guest toilet in the living room serves as a bathroom. An outdoor shower is available at poolside balcony.

Adjacent to the living room is the main kitchen with an attached staff area. Equipped with the latest modern equipments the kitchen has island table which also serves as a bar with stools. Spacious dining room with a 10-seater dining table offers the same view as the living room. On one side its floor-to-ceilling window has an opening to expansive shade-covered balcony, offering booth indoor and outdoor dining at your choice. The dining room is equipped with its own audio system connected to the central server.

Walkthrough

At the end of a private road steeply hiking uphill is the garage for 2 cars, stairway up to the main floor, water fall wall which actually is the overflow from the swimming pool, and an air-conditioned staff bedroom with bunk bed which can be used as an extra bedroom to accommodate two adults.

At the upper end of the stairway is the main floor. Indoor are spacious living area with comfortable couches and large 46” LCD TV, guest toilet with shower Delete, kitchen with bar and attached service area, and dining room for 10. Outdoor are infinity-edged swimming pool adjacent to the living area with outdoor shower and shade-covered balcony with outdoor dining table adjacent to the dining area.

Just behind the living room is a stairway to the upper floor. The upper floor has a master bedroom and two guest bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, a storage, a cinema room with state of the art audio video system and huge 55” LCD TV, and a guest toilet. Couch in the cinema room is specially designed to be easly converted into a double bed, making it an extra bedroom.

Another stairway leads up to the rooftop party area. Its 200 square meters teak-wood-floored flat area is partially shade-covered. It has a fully equipped bar, couches, dining table, pool table, and large hot-water jacuzzi.

ENTERTAINMENT

The whole villa is equipped by state of the art Sonos audio and video network system. Client systems in the living area, dining area, swimming pool, all the three bedrooms, and the rooftop party area are connected to the central server at the cinema room. The server currently stores 10,000 songs and 100’s of movies with more are continuously loaded up.

Each client can independently play its own choice and even compose its own playlist. Guest coming with an ipod can attach it to a client system to play it as well. Client systems in each bedroom comes with 32” LCD TV, the living room with 46” LCD TV, and the cinema room where the server is located comes with huge 55” LCD TV. Client systems at the rooftop party area, dining room, and the swimming pool are audio only. Maybe a new experience to most of us, the villa has an audio system installed in the swimming pool so you can enjoy music whilst you are soaking underwater.

The balcony in front of the dining room may be enough for a simple barbecue, but for more hype, the rooftop 200 square meters party area is the place. Partly-covered it comes with fully equipped bar, couches, dining table, large jacuzzi, pool table, and audio system connected to the master server.

LOCATION

Located on the hill just abouve Bang Tao Beach on the west coast of Phuket, Villa Someday offer breath taking views of the rolling hill, the bay, and Andaman Sea from almost every of its corners, perfect choice to those who find themselves bored with an ocean views dominated by only blue along the day and black at night. Nearest beaches are either Bang Tao or Surin, both are reachable within five minutes by car. The bustling Patong is about 15 minutes away by car and Phuket International Airport is about 30 minutes away by car.
