Haven Villa is a brand new luxury garden Villa situated within the prestigious Sai Taan Villa community adjacent to the Laguna resort on Phuket's Western Coast. Set within its own private grounds in excess of a 1000 square Metres, and part of a gated secure community managed by Knight Frank resort management, Haven Villa offers everything required for up to 8 people to enjoy a truly tranquil break whilst being ideally situated to reach the best bars, restaurants, hotels, beaches and golf that Phuket has to offer in just a few minutes.
Within the Villa itself the living accommodation is largely open plan with most of the accommodation directly opening out onto the pool area. The huge gourmet kitchen (40 square Metres) can be configured to be separate or opening up into the dining area and living area. The living room is set beneath a huge Thai style vaulted ceiling which helps cool the environment but looks quite spectacular at night when the mood lighting activates.
The 60 square Metre pool is augmented by an integral Jacuzzi that sits adjacent to the beautiful Sala that can provide respite from the heat of the day as well as a fantastic venue for outdoor dining and entertaining. An outdoor bar also enhances the pool area’s potential as an entertainment venue.
The bedrooms in the main Villa accommodate six people easily with the master suite and 2nd suites both having indoor and outdoor bathroom facilities as well as dedicated dressing areas.
In addition to the accommodation in the main Villa, and beyond the large lawned area beside the pool, a further double suite is housed in a separate garden Villa which features its own sitting area and a luxury bathroom and is also set beneath a fantastic Thai style vaulted roof.
Hi Tech living is a theme throughout Haven Villa and sound is piped to most of the entertainment areas (bring your IPod and it can be docked to the integral sound system) and the mood lighting within and without the Villa can be controlled remotely to optimise the ambiance.
