Rustic looking natural stone walls guide you to Villa 1 which occupies a prominent position at the entrance to this outstanding development. The stone wall is the first example of how natural and appropriate materials have been carefully used and chosen to create a warm and comfortable ambience throughout the property.

A large wooden gateway is centrally located in the wall giving access to the garden; at the far left of the property is a larger wooden gate that opens into the driveway which has been finished with a wonderful wood-tiled roof.

The pathway from the central entrance leads you through a tropically landscaped and very private garden area with water features and colourful trees, shrubs and flowers providing a beautiful route to the very impressive villa itself.

Steps lead up and through a double door entrance into the elevated main living area. This is a magnificent room with a wood-lined vaulted ceiling and incredible glass doors that completely run across the front of the room allowing for uninterrupted views over the valley, the mountains and the ocean.

To the right is a fully fitted western styled kitchen area with an island feature that defines the space in this open-plan well designed room. Thought has gone in to making this area practical, usable and sociable for friends and families to share and enjoy. And of course the panoramic view is constantly on show.

The kitchen area is well equipped with latest technology and the highest quality appliances, all finished in exquisite style.

In front of the entrance is a dining area with a large, square dark-wood table and eight rattan styled chairs, and to the left is an indulgent lounge area with comfortable contemporary styled rattan and wood furniture positioned around modern artworks and ornaments providing the opportunity to relax and watch the flat screen TV or to just sit and take in the view.

Across the whole front of this living space the glass doors open onto a large glass fronted balcony. Standing here the in the fresh air seems to make the view even more breathtaking. From here you can also see over the garden area below, the pool and Sala and across the whole expanse of this property.

There are stairs and further terrace areas at each end of the room that lead down to the lower level of the accommodation.

Running under the length of the balcony above is a further terrace area that provides sitting areas and view points for the three double bedrooms that occupy the space below the living area. Each en-suite bedroom is stylishly furnished with dark-wood beds, fitted wardrobes and abstract artworks.

These rooms are well sized, well equipped and finished with taste and flair. All bedrooms also benefit once again from the fantastic views over the bay of Bophut and all the way across the Gulf of Thailand to Koh Phang Ngan.

At the right of this level there’s a separate master pavilion joined by a stone pathway and steps. On this level a door invites you into a luxurious master suite that has a large four-poster bed sat under the vaulted ceiling, a separate dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with shower and a large terrazzo bathtub situated at the front with windows affording the views across the pool to the sea.

Further steps lead down to the pool level and directly below this master suite is another master suite which has the same floor plan including another terrazzo tub with a view. Doors lead out to a terrace and sunbathing area by the pool. There’s also an attractive lawn and planted area that runs in front of the other three bedrooms and the pool terrace.

An enticing swimming pool takes your attention away from the views for a while. However, its infinity edge means that the view once again becomes the focus of the property after only a brief moment.

At one end of the pool is a covered Sala complete with a bar that edges right up to the pool. Bar stools have been cleverly sunken into the water; allowing you to enjoy a drink without ever having to leave the refreshing feel of the water.
