This Villa Modumbi consists of 2 structures that are the two storey Main Villa and Dependent Room which is newly added as a 3rd double bedroom.
This simple haven has a large garden with swimming pool and faces a two story house with a long open verandah with the dining area and living area. Big dining table which can accommodate up to 6 people at the corner of verandah and next to the dining area; a fully equipped kitchen is situated. Further, next to the living, you will find a pond bale to spend your time relaxing during the day.
